  Have been here several times now and it's been nothing but great. It's a lovely experience from start to finish and I'm always happy with the results. The girls are gorgeous and it's all the little things like welcome massages, teas, treats and massage chairs that also make a big difference. Great colourists and cuts.

  My third and probably last visit was terrible.. Good results but seriously bad treatment, the lady was so harsh and obviously didn't care about my hair at all, just wanted to get it overwith. I got so freaked out by how harsh she was especially when she was drying my hair. She kept touching my face by accident and the way she brushed my hair was terrifying, I have never received such treatment. Will probably never go there again as there are other salons that give better results and better service.

  I always look forward to visiting the Salon. Casey and the team provide a fun salon environment where I can take some time for myself and completely relax, knowing I'm in very capable hands. The team have great knowledge and experience and I'm never disappointed. Thanks Girls x

  Had a terrible experience. Haircut didn't come close to what was agreed in first place than all the hassle to get it fixed, which never happened.

  What a Haircare oasis especially for new mums. Such wonderful and caring staff take little ones in their stride so you can relax. The staff at willow are second to none :)
