  Legitimately the most incompetent people I’ve ever met/dealt with. Not only are the property managers unresponsive and untraceable but they hold bonds for months after they should have been released. They have lost every bit of paperwork including tenancy reports and new tenant applications that I have ever known to have given to them or friends/housemates. Absolutely abhorrent and zero communication skills.

  Always upbeat, he kept us in the loop at every step to fill us with confidence. After selling inside 4 days any doubts about going too early were dispelled by looking at other results in the area. Great call.

  From the very first inspection of my property, I found James and Tim extremely personable and helpful. Selling a place that has been a home for over twenty years can be very stressful, but these guys made it as stress-free as they could. Every one of their recommendations was spot-on, from decorating and repairs needed through to the final negotiations. I couldn't speak more highly of their market knowledge and expertise. I whole-heartedly recommend them!

  Eddy and his team were a pleasure to work with. From the first meeting we were confident we had the right agent. Eddy gave us good advice on preparing the property, timing and the marketing campaign, and his methodical approach to execute the sales strategy saw him achieve a price that was 25% higher than we were hoping for. I would happily recommend Eddy and his team to family and friends and we will definitely partner with him again for all future sales.

  Not only when you “call to discuss” does Samantha Macri ignore your calls, but she will straight up lie to you saying your bond will be released and asks you for your bank details repeatedly. And then claim it’s “condition” when the house is pristine and has already had tenants residing in it from the day I left with a new bond lodged in their name. Interesting Sam but really great try on the angle!

  I found Tim and his team a pleasure to deal with. As being interstate it’s always stressful selling a property when your not there. Tim made every part of the selling process easy from helping our tenants vacate to preparing the property for sale. I was kept up to date with every part of the inspections and sale. Tim worked very hard to get us the best price possible in the present market. We couldn’t of asked for a better experience and outcome selling with Tim and the Stone real estate team.
